Email support@papersafeai.com with any question. Most licence questions can also be solved straight away in the licence portal: sign in with the email address you bought with and we send you a one-time link. There is no password.
Finding your licence key
After you buy Pro, your key is emailed to the address you used at checkout. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived within a few minutes. You can also see the key at any time in the licence portal, and send it to yourself again from there. To activate, open PaperSafeAI, go to Settings → Membership and paste the key.
Replacing a lost or leaked key
If someone else may have your key, sign in to the licence portal and choose Replace key. The old key stops working, every device using it is signed out, and a new key is shown and emailed to you. Your subscription and renewal date do not change. Paste the new key into each of your own devices.
Devices
One Pro licence covers up to 3 of your own devices: at most 2 computers and at most 2 phones (for example 2 computers and 1 phone, or 1 computer and 2 phones). If you are at the limit and want to use a new device, remove one you no longer use in the licence portal, then activate the new one.
Using Pro offline
Pro works offline for up to 14 days after each successful licence check, on every paid plan including Lifetime. PaperSafeAI checks automatically whenever it is open and online. If a device has been offline for longer, Pro features pause on that device (your vault and documents stay available) and come back by themselves the next time it connects. See Licence checks and offline use.
Refunds and cancelling
See the Refund Policy for how to cancel. Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or approved by Paddle under its applicable terms. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and normally does not refund the current billing period. Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, who decide any refund under their own policies.
Your data stays on your devices
Your documents and vault are stored and encrypted on your own devices. We never store them (if you turn on Cloud reading on your phone, the pages it sends are read and discarded), so we cannot restore or recover their contents, and we cannot reset your master password. Keep your recovery key and a backup somewhere safe. When you write to us, never send your password, recovery key, vault contents or full payment-card details.
